Client: Local chapter of Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).

Assignment: Create a newsletter to inform, connect and educate chapter members.

This project was another opportunity to use my publications skills to create a new newsletter. The local IREM chapter wanted to give members a print-like newsletter that could be disseminated entirely by e-mail. I started with the client's design sketch and fine-tuned it for readability, graphic interest and less clutter. The newsletter goes out to members as a PDF attached to an e-mail message and was posted at IREM-Chapter 58's website as well.
